The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) has made a huge impact on every
aspect of my life. It has helped me to understand my motives, and the motives
of others.
In fact, I became so enthralled in it that I invested a great deal of time
into researching the indicator, and eventually became a certified MBTI Practitioner
through Otto Kroeger Associates in Fairfax, VA. I'm also a member of the
Association for Psychological Type, and have had two pieces published in
the APT Bulletin:
The following commentary appeared in DM News, the paper of record for
the Direct Marketing industry:
For more information about MBTI certification, MBTI consulting services
I offer, or just to chat about the indicator, please e-mail
me.
To find out more about the indicator in general, visit the following
sites:
- APT offers a myriad number of services for professional MBTI users.
Their FAQ list is very
comprehensive, and the site includes membership
information and links
to other MBTI resources.
- CAPT modestly refers to itself as "a non-profit organization concerned
with the constructive use of differences." In actuality it carries
on the legacy of Isabel Briggs
Myers, is a leading source of type
books and reference materials, and is the storehouse and incubator
for the majority of research
into the indicator.
Again, please contact me
if you believe in the indicator as I do.
